[TASK] Check if site configuration contains routeEnhancer

Michael Kessler requested to merge bugfix_checkForRouteEnhancers into master

Pages in "free mode" will not have a route enhancer and will throw an exception when trying to rename the slug.

The slug can not be changed in free mode because of this error message when saving a page.
