[FEATURE] Add GC Config for sg_rest log

Matthias Adrowski requested to merge feature_log_garbage_collection into master

This Feature adds the tx_sgrest_log table to the garbage collection tasks, if you have a Task running for all tables, this one will be active as soon as you clear the cache. Default lifetime is 30 days.
