Bugfix pagebrowser handling

To fix:

  • Canonical is included twice on category page
  • cHash is included in canonical for pagination
  • <link rel="prev"... and <link rel="next"... need to be generated by https://gitlab.sgalinski.de/typo3/sg_seo
