[TASK] Show email content in a useful way

Nolan Bjarne Schiemann requested to merge feature_formMailProblem into master

Use absolute file paths instead of TYPO3 file references. Split up arrays and convert them to a single string. Labels on the lefthand side get vertical-align:top; assigned. Display checkboxes and radio buttons with easier to understand content. A bit of code cleanup.
