[TASK] Add missing fields to mail queue entry, code cleanup

Add missing fields to mail queue entry, code cleanup. error_message, status, reply_to etc. are now visible. Error status gets reset after successfully sending a mail. Hide mail queue entry in list module, instead of mail template.
