Allow Different Links to Imprint or Imprint and Data Policy for different languages

We have different Pages of Imprint and Data Police for the different Languages.

Existing MR available: !2 (merged)

Possible since TYPO3 9 with the wizard there you can choose if you want to use default or an override. Older TYPO3 installation will not have this feature then.
