Improve 3rd party support by not automatically injecting cookieOptin.js in the TYPO3 HTML source
Use case: Users use Google Tag Manager as a way to manage what gets loaded on the webpage. For Advanced Consent Mode to work, SG Cookie Opt-In must be loaded after Google Tag Manager and from within Google Tag Manager.
Solution: Add a field in the Settings tab where you can disable the automatic loading of the cookieOptin.js
Note: We keep injecting the settings JSON-data and the CSS file, because Google Tag Manager does not support loading this properly and will break the functionality. This may be a hacky workaround for now, but it's the only way to make it run
