Feature request: Add the option to hide cookiebanner on specific language

We have a case where the cookiebanner and all specific js options should not be included in a specific language. Even when I try not to include the typoscript of the extension, the cookiebanner will be included in all languages, even if the banner is not translated. That means the not translated banner is shown in the defaultlanguage. In my opinion this is not correct. Maybe a solution can be to hide the cookiebanner if no translation for this translation exists or a specific option can be set in the backend or in typoscript to prevent the cookiebanner to be shown.
