Check memory usage of the typoscript plugin and try to improve it

    Got a report that there is an issue with the latest EAP. Maybe it's an IDE bug, but it can't harm to check the memory behaviour.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
