[TASK] INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT: Add support for relative file path

    Cmd+Click on an relative file <INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT: source="FILE:./Setup/lib.fluidContent.ts"> path should open the file in editor.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
