[Feature] Disable Iframe Src in Typo3 if Cookie ist not set

Rewrite the iframe src attribute in the typo3 rendering process until the cookies are set. This will speed up the Page rendering and is cacheable. And it is more gdpr like. Maybe #55 (closed) is not needed anymore
