Backend Module is empty in TYPO3 > 13.4.8

I found a strange issue after upgrading from 13.4.8 to 13.4.9 After the upgrade the backend module is empty: image

I have an active license key, I tried saving the cookie configuration again, no errors in the TYPO3 log. Did I miss something?

I am using TYPO3 13.4.9 with sgalinski 6.0.8 due to problems when saving cookies in 7.X
