Exception after each start

This error is thrown after each start.

09:01:14 PluginException: class with name "de.sgalinski.typoscript.actions.TypoScriptNewFileAction" not found [Plugin: de.sgalinski.typoscript.plugin.id]

And the next error was one some seconds later when the indexed was finished. It also appears every time i open the right click menu and hover over menu item new

09:01:42 Throwable: Null child action in group New () of class class com.intellij.openapi.actionSystem.DefaultActionGroup, id=TypoScript.TypoScriptNewFile

New TypoScript File is missing in the menu.

This happens in PhpStorm version 138.256 which is the latest EAP version
