[BUG] Unable to resize textarea back to what it was before decreasing size ("Add New Language Key" dialog)

When resizing the textarea inside the "Add New Language Key" dialog, you're unable to resize it back to what it was before. I've attached a short video, to show what I mean: Jun-19-2020_10-06-42
